Log Cabin® Syrup and Sage Glazed Chicken



  1. Combine syrup, thyme and sage in large bowl. Add chicken, breast side down. cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a rack on baking pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast chicken in oven for approximately 50 minutes, or until juices run clear.
